2.07 miles in 30 minutes, a new personal best, thankyouberrymuch.
(i noticed that each time my mileage goes up, it is by exactly one tenth.. odd)
Whew... that was great.. my schedule for todays run was again

walk 2
x10

SO my personal goal was to do the walking legs all at no less than 3.5 mph which i did. and then just pushed the treadmill up to whatever i felt comfortable with for the run legs, did a few at 5.5 and a few at 6.0. all in all a great workout and i am feeling great.
