Wednesday, April 12
  Making progress
Well Tuesday was an off day in my training schedule, so i took it easy and just walked the dog :P Tonight i walked 1.88 miles in a half hour. more improvement every day. this new program i am trying has me walking for the first 3 weeks before i start any run/walk days so it builds up a little slower, so i won't be doing any real running for a couple weeks.
 
Monday, April 10
  more walking
I walked 1.46 miles in 25 minutes today, slowly building back up to where I was before. Slow and steady said the turtle :P
 
Friday, April 7
  Finally back
Well, I am finally back from the 'wisdom tooth experience' holy mackarel that is awful, i am so glad it is over. Anyway, tonight i headed back to the gym, back to square one after a 2 week break, so tonight i walked for 24 minutes and did 1.46 miles, not so shabby for the first day back. so i am back on track to become a real runner :) tomorrow will be a day off technically, but since we are going to a ren faire we will be up walking most of the day anyway, so it will keep me going :)
