It's a family affair
So this morning, finally, after lots of procrastination mostly by me... we all 3 arose at 5am and went out for an almost 2 mile run/walk. we were out for a little over a half hour and back in the house by just a little before 6 giving everyone who has to leave the house in the morning time to get showered and ready to go. It was nice to be out running together although i am still not a fan of running in the dark.
As you can see by my recent lack of posts I have been slacking since my race. i have put in a few miles on the treadmill and did some running over the Thanksgiving holiday week, as I love to run down the dirt road at my folks house :) but other than that I haven't done much so hopefully the family plan will keep me motivated and get me ready for another race. There is another 5k in Feb that i have my eye on, but we will see how it goes.
Happy Holidays everyone
