Hills still suck
decided to try a different path today... unfortunately it was MUCH hillier than i anticipated, but it was a good run anyway, just tougher than i expected when i set out. it will be a great run to use for more serious training later on, super big hills, but only about a 1.5-2 mile loop so i can make it as long or as short as i need without too much hassle.
and any run is a good run, and gets me more exercise than sitting on the couch
