  Hills still suck
decided to try a different path today... unfortunately it was MUCH hillier than i anticipated, but it was a good run anyway, just tougher than i expected when i set out. it will be a great run to use for more serious training later on, super big hills, but only about a 1.5-2 mile loop so i can make it as long or as short as i need without too much hassle.

and any run is a good run, and gets me more exercise than sitting on the couch

I ran again this morning, very nice run while listening to car talk on NPR, love those guys, only thing better to listen to as i run would be Prairie Home Companion :) <3 Guy Noir.
so 2.5 miles in a bit more than a half hour and i really feel like i am back on track. I will keep you updated!

  I've said it before...
But i will say it again...

I AM running again, i really really am....

I went out one afternoon last week with DH and again today at lunch time. I am starting over from scratch since i haven't really done anything since i ran the 5k last fall. So there you have it.. i WILL run that damn marathon before i am 40!
